We are committed to keeping all residents and their families well-informed about the steps we're taking to ensure safety during Hurricane Milton. Regular updates will be provided through phone calls, emails, and our official website.

-------------

As Hurricane Milton intensifies into a Category 5 storm, hurricane and storm surge watches have been issued for Florida's Gulf Coast. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our residents and team members. We are closely tracking the storm’s progress and implementing comprehensive preparedness measures to ensure their protection in both states.

We have taken extensive precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and team members as Hurricane Milton approaches. Essential supplies, including food, water, and personal protective equipment, have been stockpiled and are readily available. Our communities are equipped with backup generators to maintain power during potential outages, ensuring continuous care and support.

In the event of severe weather, we are prepared to follow local authorities' guidance, whether that means sheltering in place or evacuating. For communities under evacuation orders, we are actively coordinating with our sister communities to provide safe accommodations. Additionally, we are closely monitoring other communities that may potentially need to evacuate, ensuring we are ready to act swiftly if conditions change.

While remaining in familiar surroundings with our dedicated staff is often the most comforting option for our residents, safety remains our top priority. Our teams are fully prepared to respond to any developments as we continue to closely track the storm’s progress.
