Train Your Aging Brain

As adults age, executive function starts to change and slow down. People often have trouble analyzing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and completing tasks. Little things such as losing personal items such as keys or phones, losing train of thought, having difficulty following conversations or remembering names, become more challenging. Often, seniors find themselves taking longer to complete a task, learning something new, or they find difficulty in coping with change, which leads others to describe them as "easily frustrated".

Join us, along with Washington University occupational therapists, for an engaging, virtual webinar on what executive function is, and tips and tricks to stay engaged!

Date: Thursday, November 30th
Time: 4:30pm
